GK Fit


Goalkeeping is specialized; every movement matters. Building a foundation to maximize those movements is just as specialized, but often overlooked.We invite you to join us and our partners at KS Athletic club for GK Fit. This program is specifically designed for goalkeepers and will improve your speed, strength, reactions, mobility, balance, and discipline. Let us help you build the foundation you need to perform at the next level.


We will offer the following sessions each week:

  • Monday at 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday at 7:30 PM
  • Thursday at 6:30 PM

After you register, you may attend as many sessions per week as you prefer, up to 8. We strongly recommend two sessions a week in order to get the maximum benefit out of the training program. Once you’ve used up your 8 sessions, simply register again to continue.
