Quaran-training: Box Agility

The following clip includes exercises that can be done by yourself or with a partner. You’ll need the following:

  1. Soccer ball(s)
  2. Sidewalk chalk, cones, or tape to build a 4 Square Box. Your 4 Square box should be about 4 feet per side to create 2 foot squares in the middle.
  3. Timer/watch
  4. Imagination! Show off your creativity in developing your plyometric agility

The guidelines for reps/time are simply a suggestion and can be increased or decreased depending on your ability/fitness level.
