In an effort to bring you as much content as humanly possible during this difficult time, here are some ladder exercises that are Quarantine approved.
NOTE: Many of you may not own a speed ladder. You can substitute sidewalk chalk or cones in its place.
REMEMBER: Footwork sets the foundation of everything we do in the goal. Master these exercises, finding a good rhythm first, and increasing in speed as you gain confidence in each drill.
INSTRUCTIONS: Take once daily. Side effects may include burning off the 16 waffles you had for breakfast during a normal Quarantine morning. OH WAIT…that was me.
